How to charge up the balance and continue working if you are outside the Russian Federation

Due to the fact that Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal suspended service in Russia, many users have encountered difficulties while paying. First of all, we want to say that Sape continues working for you in a usual mode and we have already figured out a solution.

If you are outside the Russian Federation, you can still charge up your balance and continue working in the system.

You can do this through


1) Charge up the balance through the specified service, be sure to specify the registration email in Sape in the field with email;
2) Write to our technical support that you have charged up the balance;
3) Please note that information about expenses will not appear in the statistics of mutual payments;
4) There is a commission for charging up in the amount of 8.5% + 0.30 EUR is charged to cover the costs of If you are a resident of the EU countries, then VAT will be added to your bill.

Also, charging up via WMZ through our partners remains available for foreign users.
