Changes in Tax Legislation. Choose Your Collaboration Format with Sape by October 15

Hello!

We would like to remind you that starting in 2025, due to legislative changes, a tax for non-residents between 13% and 18% will be introduced. Therefore, from November 1, you will no longer be able to earn money with Sape as a non-resident Publisher.

To continue your work, you need to choose a new cooperation format by October 15. Otherwise, your platforms will be fully transferred to our partner service, Serpzilla.

We have prepared several options that ensure comfortable working conditions, maintain your income, and offer convenient withdrawal methods. Please choose the most suitable option as soon as possible and start the re-registration process:

Switch to working as a self-employed person

Citizens of the Russian Federation (including tax non-residents, i.e., those residing outside of Russia) can obtain self-employed status (a special tax regime for individuals known as "Tax on Professional Income").

Advantages:

• Withdraw funds to a card without commissions
• Tax rate of only 6%
• Convenient online registration, which takes 1 day
• Fully legal work without risks

How to switch to self-employed status?

• Download the "My Tax" app and register as self-employed.
• Re-register with Sape as self-employed by clicking the "Start Re-registration" button at the bottom of this news. No paper contract is required for registration (an offer agreement is concluded).
  

Switch to working as an individual entrepreneur (IE)

Citizens of the Russian Federation (including tax non-residents, i.e., those residing outside of Russia) can obtain the status of an individual entrepreneur (IE).

Advantages:

• Withdraw to an IE account without commissions
• If you apply the simplified tax system (STS) with the “income” scheme, the tax will be 6% of the revenue
• Fully legal work without risks

How to switch to IE status?

• Register as an individual entrepreneur
• Re-register with Sape as an IE by clicking the "Start Re-registration" button at the bottom of this news.

Move to the partner service, Serpzilla

If you cannot work as a tax resident of the Russian Federation, an alternative for you is to re-register with our partner, Serpzilla.

Advantages:

• Already placed backlinks (both in rubles and dollars) will be transferred, and you will retain your current earnings.
• Your websites will still be available to customers in Sape, allowing you to receive new orders (backlinks).
• Payment for backlink placements will be credited to your balance in rubles (for backlinks from Sape optimizers) and in dollars (from Serpzilla optimizers).

What will change?

• For the ruble balance, withdrawal methods will change: earnings can be withdrawn through the Capitalist.net platform, which supports withdrawal to Russian cards or USDT. Withdrawals involve additional transaction costs — the payment gateway fee is 5% + further commission when withdrawing from the payment system (rates can be found in your Capitalist.net account).
  
• For the dollar balance, the following withdrawal methods are available: to a foreign card or via PayPal.

• Promoted projects in Sape will not be automatically transferred and will remain in the system. To transfer them, contact technical support.
  
• The Serpzilla partner service does not support rented articles, so if you have posted articles, they will be removed during the transfer.

How to move to the Serpzilla partner service?

To move, click the "Start Re-registration" button below.

All transfer requests will be processed centrally from October 5 to 30, 2024. Until then, you can continue working in your Sape account. After the transfer, you will be able to log in to your Serpzilla account using your Sape email and password.

When switching to any of the three cooperation formats, all websites added to the system will be transferred to the new account, retaining the hash code — you will not need to reinstall the code on all websites.

Withdrawal of funds

The remaining funds in your Sape balance will always be available for withdrawal. There will be no time restrictions on withdrawing earned funds.
