Changes in Tax Legislation. We are changing the collaboration format with Sape

Starting in 2025, due to changes in legislation, a tax rate of 13% to 18% will be introduced for non-residents. Therefore, starting from November 1st, you will no longer be able to earn with Sape as a non-resident Publisher. To continue your work, you will need to choose a new collaboration format.

We have prepared several options to ensure smooth operation, maintain your income, and offer convenient ways to withdraw funds. Please choose the most suitable option for you and complete the form.

1. Switch to working as a self-employed individual

Citizens of the Russian Federation (including non-residents, i.e., those located outside Russia) can obtain the status of a self-employed individual (a special tax regime for individuals "Tax on Professional Income").

Benefits:

• Withdraw funds to a card, commission free
• Tax rate of only 6%
• Easy online registration, which takes 1 day
• Fully legal work without risks

How to switch to working as a self-employed individual?

• Download the My Tax app and register as self-employed.
• Re-register in Sape as a self-employed individual by clicking the “Start Re-registration” button at the bottom of this news.

2. Switch to working as an individual entrepreneur (IE)

If you are an Individual Entrepreneur, you can start working with Sape in this capacity.

Benefits:

• Withdrawal to an IE bank account without commissions
• With the simplified taxation system (STS) under the “income” scheme, the tax will be 6% of revenue
• Fully legal work without risks

3. Move to Serpzilla

If you cannot work as a self-employed individual or an IE, an alternative option for you would be to re-register with our partner Serpzilla.

Benefits:

• The financial conditions remain unchanged: the system’s commission stays at the same level, and income from placed backlinks does not decrease.
• Already placed backlinks (both in rubles and dollars) will be transferred, and you will retain your current earnings.
• Your websites will still be available to customers in Sape, allowing you to receive new orders (backlinks).
• Payment for placed backlinks will be credited to the balance in rubles (for backlinks from Sape optimizers) and in dollars (from Serpzilla optimizers).

What will change?

• For the ruble balance, withdrawal methods will change: earned funds can be withdrawn through the Capitalist.net platform, which supports withdrawals to Russian cards (commission ~3.5%) or to USDT (commission 0.35% + 4 USDT for TRC20).
• Promoted projects in Sape will not be automatically transferred and will remain in the system. To transfer them, please contact technical support.
• Serpzilla does not support rental articles. If you have placed articles, they will be deleted during the transfer.

How to move to Serpzilla?
To move to Serpzilla, click the “Start Re-registration” button at the bottom of this news.

All transfer requests will be processed centrally from October 5th to 20th, 2024. Until that time, you can continue working in your Sape account. After the transfer, you will be able to log into your Serpzilla account using your email and password from your Sape account.

When switching to any of the three collaboration formats, all Websites added to the system will be transferred to the new account, preserving the hash code — you will not have to reinstall the code on all Websites.

After re-registering your account, you will need to withdraw the remaining funds in your balance earned under the contract with SoftSystems. Currently, this can be done using all available withdrawal methods.
